Guibo, do any of these new smartphones have enough cores and clock to run a CareBot?

Wondering what that would do to the direct manufacturing cost of a CareBot is why I ask-

I've read lately that the Japanese government wants several million elder care robots, with less functionality than a CareBot, for less than $1000 each.

That is mass market, automotive volumes and a couple thou in electronics could crash to a few hundred dollars-
