My account was temporarily banned by administratio

My account was temporarily banned by administration and has since been reinstated. I won't publicly discuss what happened last night other than to say that I posted a respectable post to Steve (post #27262) , and our CEO cursed at me. And I think that is important shareholder information in terms of the type of human being we are dealing with.

A couple things I'd like to address:

1) Still no word from Steve's attorneys - so he is 4 days overdue. I don't care that we havent heard from them, but I care that he said we would by this past Monday. Steve has a bad pattern of not meaning what he says not saying what he means. This just follows that.

2) People on this board are accustomed to Steve as JC did not exist to us a year ago.  And Steve posts here often (at least lately).  JC posts rarely. So, I'm just saying we need to be objective about what is going on here and realize that we are hearing only ONE side of the story.  This will probably take time to get sorted out. But as far as I'm concerned, it's just he said/he said at this point.

3)  I think Steve has done some things well.  I was encouraged by the purchase of Punch TV last year (and the market responded appropriately to that). But, I am not here to give pats on the back to management.  This is OUR money that we have invested.  I'm here to question and question and question.  I mean, what's the point otherwise? Management, in particular CEOs, should be prepared to be absolutely inundated with questions especially from SHAREHOLDERS THAT HAVE BEEN IN A PENNY STOCK FOR A YEAR! Not to mention people here with really big money invested.

4) On that note, one more thing about the shareholders meeting that 'never' took place.  People bought plane tickets, hotel rooms, and basically spent a lot of money well in advance.  The PRs made it sound like there was so many shareholders that wanted to come that it was somehow being expanded.  But, now there was 'no shareholders meeting.'  That's just sneaky, man. Sadly, it wasn't that surprising. It just looks underhanded no matter how you slice it.
