Steve has already said that IC Punch Media acquired all the assets of Punch TV. You can see that Punch TV Network is 'suspended'. They do not exist anymore except as part of IC Punch Media.
You cannot simply undo an acquisition --- except legally and with cause.
Do you know how difficult that is?
