If you think about it, I'm pretty sure SS could answer the phones, negotiate with affiliates, etc. but do you think JC can adequately get out the financials? Would anyone want to see the Q in his hands? Be honest with yourself. Who is replaceable and who isn't?
Who ever heard of Punch TV before Steve's involvement?
