I did not read the whole thing, but one gets the impression that he is being a bit evasive? Too much "I don't know", "I can't remember", "I think so", etc. Reminds me of Watergate "I can't recollect".
Don't you guys agree? He is hard to pin down..I would have to do a detailed read to know further.
