I am in Racine.  I remember quite the storm in the early 90s.  Storm was early-mid May.  We had just hired a bunch of workers for a computer project. They came from all over the country.  When they saw that much snow in MAY, let me tell you, they could not believe it.  No, this isn't normal! I think it was alll melted in just a few days.  But you still had to shovel, shovel shovel!
