James Vogan, Director of Stockpile Reserves LLC (SRL), initiating the transition of the Fencemaker property's Notice of Intent to a Plan of Operations as required by the federal U.S. Bureau of Land Management (BLM). This is a crucial step towards launching the mining operation early this summer.
