Just want to play Devil's advocate (as I think we need one right now).

We are almost completely hearing one side of the picture here from Steve.  JC has rarely posted.  We are getting little bits of information, here and there, but these are just little morsels of information.  Steve, we are still waiting for the word from your attorneys that was going to be out on Monday.  I think something formal would do much more to ease fears around here.

I think for Steve to say that he has never "pumped" the stock is untrue.  The countdowns were pumps.  Telling a shareholder that ICPA would be at $2.00 by the end of this year - that is a pump.  '30-40 days til OTCQX' became '30-40 days til we get the ball rollin." ?? Then why even mention 30-40 days? That's misleading and, some may argue, mildly pumpish.

And to be clear, if you are still CEO, it makes NO SENSE that you were unaware for TWO MONTHS that one of the affiliates had no signal (much less a major market).  That is absolutely astounding and does not help ease fears either. It screams of disorganization.

You stated that you are a human being with feelings, etc.  I thought that was so ironic.  You have people here who rise and fall on every word you say! But you are so cavalier about when you are going to get things done - when they don't happen when you say they will (even though you don't always address this), people are left hanging and hanging and hanging (as they still are now concerning hearing from your attorneys).  So - the feelings thing is a two way street.

And if you read this Steve, I'd rather you did not respond than respond with something dismissive and not so subtly insulting.  That is just a waste of both of our time.
