Steve or any busness person in this position needs to move forward and not look back. Its a sign of someone who has the ability to overcome.  What are we keeping, what are we gaining, what will the new guy/gal bring to the table that maybe we didn't have before. Positive, positive, positive.

Successful people know how to MOVE on.  The people who leave/left did NOTHING at this point, they jumped ship. Shores that way buddy, good buy good luck..and heres some chum as a parting gift.

Who will be filling their shoes... welcome aboard, we got a lot to do.  I wouldn't spend one worthless minute worrying about crediting the mutineers with anything.
