It seems some have plenty to learn about SEC filings and what constitutes a material event. Drilling for oil could be a materiel event. In this case it's not. Producing oil from the Mitchell lease in any quantity (I'd say 25 bpd or greater) would be a materiel event and would have to be disclosed. The contract would not be a material event since the drilling wasn't and disclosure you could find, maybe in a K. Or, TECO could elect to disclose this at any time it chooses providing all parties consented (US FUELS).

Screaming from messages boards for Treaty to disclose private information is children's foolery.

Seems many here have plenty to learn about the RRC and oil leases in Texas also. I'm sure they'll soon learn their postings were misleading at best.

Any postings of Treaty being "out of business in West Texas" is undeniably false. More skullduggery.

There are some issues which some have mentioned that are real. We need the 10k out and to be up listed back to a fully reporting OTC QB. That's a must. ASAP.

Some say forget the pictures. I wonder about these post sometimes and just smile. The pictures are real, and the drilling is real. This is real proof of TECO's drilling in action beyond the
"being out of business" story we've seen so many times.

I was onsite yesterday and spent hours in the wire line truck. US FULES was there along with the geologist and Anton. Many smart oil folks say this, you don't have anything until you have that second tank of oil.

I saw no second tank of oil. I'm sure if we do have any oil, TECO will disclose it. Right now, given the past, they're going to make darn sure before putting out a PR on anything.

Work was halted last night as a severe thunder storm warning was issued. I expect work continue this AM as the weather is acceptable.

What is going on now in West Texas is an about face to what we've seen in the past. I expect this trend to continue.

There is no mystery or magic here in West Texas, just plain old drilling.....
