It makes no sense that things are going south just when they have a cluster of processors in Niagara Falls. Apparently the cluster is having sex.
Some possible explanations.
1. P3 sucks.
2. Irreconcilable differences among management.
3. Huge dilution coming as part of some kind of deal to build out quickly.
Feel free to add to the list.
Am I reading this right? If Rauber resigns for good reason JB is on the hook to sell his preferred shares to the investment group?
