"pray oil is found" that's insulting and suggest this is a coin flip. Rest assured, it's nowhere close. I did get a good laugh.  I thought about laying out over a 1000 pages of documentation and taking a photo. Then giving you links to many private videos of conversations I've had with landowners and drillers and such. I just couldn't, I wouldn't want to see you buy all that stock at once and not giving anyone else a chance...ROTFLMAO
