Huh? You can't be a CEO of a company and get paid salary pay if you haven't completed the first requirements to get there can you? I don't know of any CEO who is paid hourly.... I could be wrong here but that doesn't even make sense. To me the three month rule would only come in effect after he completed the first part ....
