We've been waiting on this 10K forever it seems. It is quite possible that 2011 will also not be included in the audit and that 2012 and 2013 be the audited years. Quite possible my friends. Who know what shinanigans were played out in this company by prior management up to the year 2011 and before Tom took control. This would suck...
