No it's not a scam. It's all about control, IMO. Certain whales don't want John B Mohave control via his preferred. Rauber, IMO, is being used by one or more of them. I think Rauber is why there isn't a BOD in place yet. It's a tactic to force out Johns super voting shares. Just a theory I have.
