E-Waste Systems (EWSI) Announces Appointment Of Oracle Capital As Investment Bankers

LONDON and SAN DIEGO, May 10, 2012 /PRNewswire via COMTEX/ -- E-Waste Systems, Inc. (OTCBB: EWSI), announced today that it has appointed Oracle Capital, LLC (Oracle Capital), a registered broker-dealer, to the dual roles of M&A Advisor and Placement Agent.

With Oracle Capital as lead advisor, EWSI expects to ramp up its acquisitions; to begin a capital formation program; and to create and implement a strategic plan to list the company's stock on a national exchange as soon as it qualifies.
