I share your frustration.  Maybe they do have that agreement in place for an order once that special design is put in place.  If it all goes as planned I think we have a winner here and we'll be about an iphone 3 in terms of development.  : )  I'm not sure what else they can do except keep making the unit smaller and smaller.
