From what I have read there are 54 million shares that are restricted that are being dumped on the market. The way the holder is proceeding with this is using the shares to short the stock then cashing out.(A way to cash out since the stock has been restricted, use them as short shares) Just from what I have read. Thus the reason for the early release of the quarterly statement, something the ceo didnt want to address at that time. However, I doubt that it is hardly the end of the world for KMAG. 54 million shares is not a huge amount of shares, what it should create is some good buying opportunitys over the next week or so, as the stock could dip to the low 0.003s, or abit less. Probably not much lower, and with their last quarterly statement should rebound quite nicely after all the shares are dumped.
