I agree that the company should put out a PR if there is no material information regarding the company that has changed. Thus, they don't know the reason for the decline in the stock price.
I have never believed the "moisture" explanation for sales being down in Q1. You don't put out a PR in mid-February saying that you're approaching your target uptime goals and then blame water in the plastic for a sales decline in the quarter. Something isn't quite up to snuff on this story and they have declined to give further details.
I think the news about the chief of technology unloading a bunch of shares caught most people off guard. I would also speculate that unit 3 is not moving as quickly as they hoped and that the news on board members isn't good. I also think that they will delay the AGM as long as possible. Absent a major improvement, it will not be a pleasant meeting.
