OTCMagic.com is just a penny newsletter. I don't think it has any insight to anything specific. I think they are just sticking the article out knowing news should be coming out sometime in the very near future and the fact that the pops has dropped so low and will most likely bolt up at the release of the news we are all waiting for. This article will give them the fame of claim that they called it today when it was at .0019, if (when) favorable news comes out and the pops shoots up. That's all it is about.
