"Bull "on your stragtic planning : ask treaty mgt if they could consider unitizing all of the leases in the mitchell area and consider a water flooding operation .A secondary recovery operation could produce as much oil as the original drill out.This would be a long term investment though maby down the road but don't
rule it out.
