I am glad you keep bringing this up, bman1, because irregardless of the myriad of other issues we're facing, having stations not be up and running is a HUGE ONE.

As to whether or not certain household goals have been reached -- how do you define that?  Striking the deal and having the deal UP AND RUNNING are two different things!  Whatever is going on there would seem to be an operational issue and who handles operations?  Are they doing their job?  It would seem not.  How do you secure deals with advertisers, claiming X number of households or reach, and not actually have that!  Just mentioning the obvious here.

As to why we haven't heard anything from any official source or attorneys....1) they usually get paid by the hour (aka - be prepared to WAIT!  LOL) and 2) it does take some time to go through all the issues.  It's really too bad that as a preliminary effort, prior to thorough due diligence, a judge can't issue an injunction for stupidity!  That right there would make me feel better about the wait.  There's this foreboding I have of what crazy crap we might hear next!!  I would just be happy if the public display of insanity would cease and desist!  LOL
