TAMPA, Fla. , May 1, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Enviro-Serv Inc. (OTC Pink: EVSV) Enviro-Serv Inc. is pleased to announce the formal hiring of Mr. Ormand Hunter as the new Vice President of Marketing.
Mr. Hunter is a native Floridian who majored in Architecture at the University of Florida . Upon leaving school in 1977, Hunter started his own Design/Build firm which he operated for over 34 years. During this time, his firm designed both residential and commercial buildings. Being licensed as a Residential/Commercial builder in the States of Florida and Georgia , Hunter participated in the construction and management of many of the projects his firm designed. Some of the projects created were mini-warehouse facilities, convenience store facilities, medical facilities, industrial construction projects, condominium complexes (site and structure), residential structures and the acquisition, design and development of subdivisions and commercial sites. He was a teacher for the North Florida Builders Association in the area of Construction Estimating in the early 1980's and was also a featured speaker for Soft Plan architectural design software at the International Builders Show in Orlando, Florida . The last ten years of his business, Hunter began to buy and develop real estate properties in high demand markets in South Georgia and the panhandle of Florida . While still maintaining his interest in real estate investment and acquisition, Hunter is currently involved in business creation/evaluation and the funding of new business ventures through creative capital ventures. Mr. Hunter's interests are in the area of long term wealth creation through sound investment and business creation and management. He continues to educate himself with selected materials and conferences on that subject.
