You sum it up pretty well Lumberg. William certainly did not get a NI 43-101 done on any of these concessions, because if he had, that would be a material event. I suspect most everyone knows that material events must be communicated "publicly" to investors within three business days. By publicly, I mean using news services to speak to all investors, and not just to a few suck ups who kiss Willy's behind and sing praises to him. Also, Chilean mining laws have not changed, and in fact, public opposition to lithium mining by foreign companies has grown. Finally, 100 million dollars can buy a very nice tan, and we know he took at least that much from loyal investors.
