And who were you last year?? Just joined IH today with a new ID and already posting false information. There is not 6 months more per ballstreet's conversation. With the MPO SIRG can begin their re-start program and get to work. They just can't move any dirt until they get the APP which has been moving forward and ready for the public comment period!
SIRG longs are aware that production will not start until 2014 with revenues likely in the 2nd quarter.
