IMHO....That is done so that they can be additive... they (the potential bonus's) are not mutually exclusive.
Joe is clearly reading this stuff.... he just posted the signed contract in it's entirety. the only thing omitted was the original terms of the conveyance of Punch to IC Places in article b.
