TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - April 30, 2013) - Biologix Hair Inc. (OTCBB:BLGX) (OTCQB:BLGX) announces that the Company has entered into an agreement with two Biologix Hair Inc. debtors to convert $2,830,500 of debt into equity at a conversion price of US$2.00 per restricted common share.
Effective immediately, one of the debtors has agreed to convert $1,887,000 to 943,500 restricted common shares. The other has agreed to convert $906,500 to 453,250 restricted common shares.
Both of the original amounts were issued and secured pursuant to promissory notes issued by the Company on April 19, 2012 due and payable in full on or before April 19, 2014.

Additionally, on May 11, 2012, Venable LLP, the Washington-based law firm overseeing the worldwide IP and regulatory approval processes on behalf of BHS, filed a Patent Cooperation Treaty (PCT) application on behalf of BHS for Biologix Revive in Geneva, Switzerland. The PCT is an international treaty, administered by the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), to which 144 countries have as of now contracted, including Canada and the United States.
