I copied this from the dark cave, and I am passing it along to those in the light...not sure what it all means...

I have noticed that with penny's there are many opportunities to allow emotions to be out of control in all directions... life is very short...I like the view from the mountain top...you can see farther than being in the valley...

I try to keep my emotions and feelings in check...they influence your body and others around you...and you will live longer

...guard your heart with all diligence, for out of it flows the issues of life...

Realistic, but still with high expectations...
