Luna Gold Files Technical Report for Aurizona Gold

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwired - April 29, 2013) - Luna Gold Corp. (TSX:LGC)(OTCQX:LGCUF)(LMA:LGC) ("Luna" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that it has filed a National Instrument 43-101 technical report for its 100% owned Aurizona gold mine in Brazil. This report, entitled "NI 43-101 Technical Report Aurizona Resource and Reserve Update Brazil", is dated April 29, 2013.
There are no material differences between the report filed today and the mineral reserve and resource estimates articulated in the Company's Aurizona reserve and resource news releases dated April 9, 2013 and March 14, 2013, respectively.
