Here I believe I can write a little more freely....over there...wow...
I guess the constant being led around by a carrot has really gotten to people. Personally I am going to avoid the Hub for a while......I don't think anything said over there is believed or appreciated.
I called HQ yesterday and spoke with ID. BC is in Greece till late next week trying to sell some of those 1/2 billion shares that were recently authorized. From what I was told...and I find it hard to understand...those shares sold overseas are restricted from selling on any American stock exchange for 2 years. Apparently they can be traded overseas, but not here.....I am not sure how that works or exactly what that means to us......
At any rate, on Thursday, the two individuals who needed to be interviewed by the FAA had their interviews and a third was interviewed by phone.....all went well. If my interpretations are correct....and truly, I much prefer speaking with BC, since he doesn't unnecessarily sugar coat things....we have finished our requirements with the FAA for Gate one. I think we are now just waiting (again) for the FAA to give us the official thumbs up and set the date for the "ceremonial" meeting. BTW...the forces that be are convinced that the FAA has unofficially given a stamp of approval on the manuals and it was just these interviews that were necessary to complete the requirements. In other words...there should be nothing left to do but set the date for the ceremony.
Now, I must tell you that some of the poison from the other board has gotten to me as well. In my conversation yesterday with ID, I didn't hear the level of excitement I was hoping for...maybe it was just my interpretation....but I think I would rather speak with BC before drawing any conclusions as to where we stand. As he won't return till next week, I will be laying low for a while. Let's see what happens to the pps when the dogs and the hawks and the bimbos tear up the other board for a while............
