I do question these things. Maybe they are sure they will hit this time I don't know. I do know that drilling is iffy. The company I work for just spent $16.5 million to drill into an oil rim that we have been producing the gas cap off of for 5 years. They found the oil but a water sand encroached. Bad luck. Tons of dollars wasted. We now have to go back and tear the well down, find the water, squeeze it off, and try again. These guys have a 90% or higher track record with a team of engineers, petro physicists, and geologists with over 100 years combined experience. That is why I say drilling id iffy. This is why I suggested buying a proven well and offered my services in this arena. I know enough about drilling that I can't be hoodwinked but I can't help them there. I have family that is over the entire drilling division for their company in Mexico. I have family that was over the Southern division of Baker chemical. Oil is in my blood the same as O2. I can help in the area of production and proven wells. I can research a well for about 1 day and tell you if it is good or not all by talking to the operators and looking at the charts and reports. The operators can't BS me without me knowing it.
