Regardless of what was said, wouldn't that be considered a shareholders meeting if it was announced as such? I quit looking at the other board, but before I did the bashers were warning us that would be exactly what would happen. The change to the upfront was to mask the fact that a shareholders meeting was never going to take place. Sounds fishy. I am confused.
