How many times can the boy (TECO) cry wolf? I will say this "There better be oil at 4300' or all hell is going to break loose!". We think .0085 is low; watch what happens if these next two wells don't produce. THE TNC WELLS NEED TO PRODUCE! PERIOD! Hence the need for "hope"!
