Under this alliance, China Mobile Entertainment facilitates securing content relationships on behalf of PPTV that will be launched from their portal, radio.pptv.com . StreamTrack's UniversalPlayer™ will be the technology platform used for streaming and monetization. StreamTrack will manage all aspects of advertising sales and fulfillment to PPTV's audience.
