I do not post on IHUB, but if anyone here would like to post this, feel free. For anyone following IHUB, there is now rumor HTI is renting out a portion of the new facility.  We toured the entire building. The building is basically divided up into three sections...there is a large group of offices and central "showroom area" in the front. Then there are two separate warehouses (you could probably fit a hockey rink in each warehouse). HTI only needs one warehouse, which provides more than enough room for the assembling of the units (this is not a manufacturing plant or automated assymbly line). We toured the back warehouse and Harold mentioned that they may lease out the rear portion since it is going unused at this time. The new facility is not only more spacious, but cost less per month than the old facility. Chad really liked the new building...he felt the old facility looked too much like a "used car lot." Not to mention the airport is right at the end of the street and that they are surrounded by some very well know businesses/corporations. If I remember correctly, the current lease for the entire building was $5000 per month. Also, immediately upon moving in they upgraded, painted, built more offices etc. in the front showroom area. You cannot tell from the photos, but there is also an upstairs area for a meeting room or more offices. It is a very nice building. For all of those doubters out there please check out the link below and report back to us...thanks in advance for the DD.
