Why do you think the move to North Cal is taking

Why do you think the move to North Cal is taking so long? Hollund said insurance issues,what insurance issues i use to share office space with another company who owned the whole 13th floor i moved right in & started paying rent.Hollund needs North Cal no way North Cal will let Hollund make the higher % of the profit.When they sign that concession contract North Cal will buy out hollund,that's what makes the most sense from a business standpoint.
