JC is not the CEO. There was never a board meeting to elect him. I never resigned as CEO. I am also CFO. I became this at the time when Peter left. The CFO is the one that maintains control of all corporate records and books. He is also not the chairman of the board. I am only posting to correct his unfortunate continued incorrect statements.
