Can you or anyone clarify something for me because I must have misread the 3rd q. I will reread if you don't know off the top of your head. In the third q there was a hefty bonus paid to what I thought was the BOD... Which now it has come to light that there are only 2 ppl on the board. Was that in fact pay to the board of advisors? Thanks in advance I just want to have my info straight.
