The problems or as much as I can say at this time

The problems or as much as I can say at this time are that the documents that were filed were not reviewed by me before they were filed and are knowingly incorrect and inaccurate.  And were filed solely by Steven Samblis, In my opinion, all documents of this magnitude should be reviewed by the Board of Directors before they are filed.  I have said it once and I will say it again to Steven, this company is no longer operated as a "one-man-paper-hanger"

In addition the Company signed binding agreements early in this transaction between Punch TV Network and IC Places with its Sr. Management that drastically changes the face of this company, long before last years Q came out.

I will not be able to comment beyond these statements at this time.
