This is the silliest thing that I have ever heard

This is the silliest thing that I have ever heard of. The Board of Advisers is not a governing body of our Company. The Board of Directors are, of which I am the Chair. And I believe that it is the Board of Directors whom are liable with respects to fraud of which I am trying to steer our Company clear.  I wish that I can disclose more but I have been advise not to at this time.  But believe me our Company is in clear violations of its agreements with its senior management,   Steven Samblis actions have expose our company to unnecessary liabilities. Which at best will result in protracted litigation and at worse the dissolution of this Company.

I understand that stockholders are in dismay, But there is no one more concerned about this issue than I am. Steven has cross the line. I have for months tried to negotiate a resolution of these major issues with him, but to know avail. I have taken all of the necessary steps to protect our Company and our future growth.  I sincerely ask for your patients in this matter.

Are we a Company that want to cheats its personal out of the agreements that the Board of Directors signed off on including Steven Samblis or are we a Company that wants to a great corporate citizens.  To me the choice is clear and there can be no compromise on these points.   All of these issues have been well documented and are in the hands of our attorneys.   I will keep you updated on any developments on our officially website http://PunchTV.net
