I would like to enter into a discussion about "contra-ETFs".  I can't say that the indicies have gone up far enough, BUT, I think we need to start to look at the possibilities of the markets going "other than north".  Everyone's thoughts are welcome.  Also, if there are boards on this site regarding that type of discussion, please let me know.
