Governance issues, protocol and corporate structure is what JC talks about, no mention of phoney numbers or anything. JC is willing to withdraw his complaint. Sounds mostly like JC wants more power I hope Steve can meet with him this week and work things out. It's not good, but the more you read about it it sounds less bad.
