Except for the 1st ship-which may have been small Chinese steel mills- Bao Steel,2nd largest world steelmaker, has been CWRN's chief buyer-here Presidents of Bao Brazil and Bao USA touring another CWRN concession last summer.
Bao still has 45000 tons ore at port which was delayed due to 1 arm of govt not knowing what the other was doing last year in the midst of rapidly changing export regs resulting from govts efforts to solve a boots on the ground problem re illegal mines w red tape. Lest some think this is an excuse the Supreme court of India blocked all national iron exports until the govt could get a handle on the problem-I previously posted the article on that
why sudden problem w illegal iron mines???? -because of the current huge profit for juniors- iron was only 10-14/ton til 2002 due to China oddly setting the price in negotiations w 1 big producer and then everybody would fall in line-that odd buyer monopoly price fixing has been replaced by a freer market model.
