Agree. SEC may pay attention to a rant from an officer as long as it's well documented. That means signed contracts must be in place and even then they would probably kick it back as a civil dispute. It seemed like Collins and Samblis were an ideal team. Somehow, hope they can kiss and make up. Sheesh.
