I agree with your point B-Man. These two guys are smart enough to not kill their own wealth, and their reputation, over a position. My first instinct when I heard this was that there is something "contrived" going on to get someone some cheap shares. If this is so, this will all turn out to be a good thing, since they have all of the inside information. Get worried only when something "official" comes out, or when the bashers on I-Crud go away. JMHO.
