The fact of the matter is that what is happening is going to hurt the company, your credibilities and most of all the shareholders that have put faith in both of you!  I hope you realize that all the hard work that it has taken to get where we are now is in trouble, big trouble.  The one thing that can make or break a company is shareholder trust.  Not to say there wont be investors in and out going foward but this company has had some very loyal people for some time.  Now listening to some on this board might be on the fence, thats not a good thing.  It has been years to get where we are now and after this it might be years to get back.  Something is or has been going on and we had no idea, like deer in headlights.  I know i dont have a share in this company as some but ive been here for a long time.  It has always been the next K or next month and we have stuck with it.  Now that we are getting closer to the goal the rug has been pulled out from underneath our feet.  Pointing fingers, he said she said is going nowhere, when the reality is the pps is going to get a blood bath come monday, wether we like it or not.  The people that help fund this company are going to take it on the chin.  Something needs to be done, and the shareholders only have two ways of doing it, in or out.  Its up to you!
