This is the most unprofessional display of behavior I have ever heard about by a president, CEO or whatever your claim to be of PNCH! When I meet you I personally like your excitement about the company and when PNCH was headed but in one week do you even realize that you have cripple this company and the shareholders? If there was a difference between you and Steve work it out in private not in a public forum in front of shareholders. What a total disaster for this company. I think it all boils down to money and you want Steve out but you seem to forget IC place bought you out with 150 million shares. If you wanted the pps to be much higher by now well guess what we all did! Your current move of so called protecting shareholders value is very ridiculous, you just crushed most shareholders here.
