Both you and Joseph need to figure out the direction of this company on equal terms and not throw out PR's containing information that can severely hurt shareholders and the value of there shares. You two are grown men running a media company not a circus just grow up and figure out what direction you want your company to be headed. I believe both you and joesph together can make ic punch media a very valuable company over time, just stick with the plan and bring in the revs.
