Since when does going to the SEC constitute 'an internal reporting'? Wouldn't that be an 'external reporting'?
When a high-level individual goes to the SEC --it is an attempt to divide the company, a possible power grab. If allegations are true, it's possibly justifed. If they are not, it's indefensible.
I sure hope everyone's ducks are in a row on this.
This is a PUBLIC company. There are a whole host of accountability issues --mainly to the shareholders!
