No Split! Punch TV was purchased by IC Places inc. It is Owned by Steve and shareholders. I honestly believe that all this is because of the share price. Joe's shares become trade able in July. He can only sell 1% after filing a 144...what would he get at this PPS ? I think it all comes down to money. He said the K was not in best interest of the share holders meaning him....
